Dakota was an incredible property manager. As a tenant, I found her to be caring, empathetic and always quick to respond to resolve any issues. In the eyes of a potential home owner, I found her care and attention to detail would make me feel at ease knowing my property was in good hands and looked after with the best of care. I highly recommend and will definitely be in contact with them if I am to buy property in future.

i have lived in 10 rentals and had more property managers than i can count. dakota is by FAR the best. she is responsive, empathetic, and proactive. she responds to all communication; chases up maintenance and follows up to see that everything has been actioned properly; and genuinely helps out her tenants in whatever way she can. my partner and i had to move earlier than expected in our lease and she made the process so easy instead of it being a stressful nightmare. plus she was so sweet to our dog marli, and it was such a joy knowing that marli would be fussed over at house inspections instead of having to be locked away or seen as a nuisance. it's refreshing to be treated by someone so warm and kind who sees her tenants as humans with needs as important as any landlord. would recommend her services to anyone.
