At the end of each Financial Year we provide you with ONE comprehensive statement which will include all rents received and all expenses paid. This report can be handed directly to your accountant.

There is not enough stars to rate appropriately our property manager Morgan from Asset Advantage. She is the most amazing, responsive, PROFESSIONAL, caring, proactive and approachable. I have lived in Sydney for 10 years as an international student to a professional and I always lived in the rent house or apartment in whole my life in Sydney, but sadly, I always had faced a big struggle with bad treating from the realestate agencies and landlords over 10 years and even more with the racism. Morgan from the Asset Advantage is the only one and unique experience that I was impressed with the respectful and supportive. I feel safe and get cares from the property manager very first time during the tenancy. I am sad that I needed to move to another place for our next chapter but I would like to meet her again as my agency. Beautiful experience! I already miss her 🙂
